May 2014
This year marks 20 years of Fairtrade certification and as the pioneers of Fairtrade tea, we wanted to go back to where it started for us, Southern India.
If it was possible to invite every Clipper tea drinker to spend just five minutes in this magical place then we would. It is without a doubt one of the most beautiful places on earth and the ladies and their families working and living on the tea estates are truly inspiring. The next best thing to going there is to read our blog and see what a difference it makes when you lovely people buy our Fairtrade tea.
Change Looks Good!
We love spring. The garden is waking up after winter with flowers blooming in glorious colour, and bank holiday weekends can find us paintbrush in hand giving whatever we can a lick of paint.
Our friends at Dorset Cereals and Kallo Foods have also been doing just that, and are looking pretty fine we have to say (not that they looked bad before!).
To celebrate their brand new looks, we are giving away 15 Dorset Cereal Sets with muesli galore & 4 very fetching cups, and 30 beautiful Kallo rice cake tins to kit out your kitchen with.
Spin to win!
Change tastes good!
We recently took the beautiful and talented Ravinder Bhogal on our trip to India.
Ravinder is the author of Cook in Boots. Ravinder cooks, writes and she's the host of Ravinder's Kitchen on TLC. She's also passionate about trading fairly and has given us some original and exclusive recipes using tea - including chai bread & butter pudding!
